Hairdressing equipment including: curling irons, straightening irons crimping iron, bobby pins and hair pins, sectioning clips, small pincurl clips. (Single prong) round brushes, finishing brush, tail comb. Velcro or hard rollers.

• Adapt with heat as a lightweight smoothing, flexible setting spray

As if the holidays weren’t dramatic enough, you can up the ante with this sophisticated style from ProRituals, which has plenty of drama of its own. Begin by dividing hair into three sections. Spray with Adapt Working Spray and set on a 2½-inch round brush. Transfer each round-brush set onto a roller and pin. Once complete, lightly spray with more Adapt and place under a dryer. Remove rollers from the bottom section and secure into a ponytail, using a bit of elevation. Remove rollers from the mid-section and lightly backcomb, working towards the crown. Secure that section into another ponytail. Divide the ponytail sections into four. Section by section, lightly backcomb, spray and smooth, then wrap a section of hair around two fingers and pull hair through to create a loose knot. Secure with bobby pins. Continue creating knots in a mohawk-shape working towards the bottom. Secure with bobby pins at the base. Take the rollers out of the last (top) section one at a time. Wrap the first roller section around the base of the mohawk shape and secure. Backcomb the last section until it’s light and airy and spray with Mega Hold Hair Spray.
