Douglas Martucci

Doug is known for his high-spirited, fun, and engaging educational approach. As Prorituals' Creative Director and Director of Education, he brings experience and strategies to help develop education platforms both domestically and internationally. He has also trained and motivated both sales and education forces in Europe, Latin America, Canada, North America, and Asia for one of the worlds largest Argan-infused hair care brands. In 2015, he received the honor of "Educator of the Year" from the American Board of Certified Hair Colorists for his achievements in creating dynamic and engaging hair color education. He strives to push the bar of creativity and innovation with a balance of salon-friendly, relatable techniques.

Sonja Engles

Sonja has over 25 years experience in the hair industry. She's been trained by top influencers in the hair world including Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica, and Jingles in NYC. She's been certified by over 10 different hair color companies and has done classroom education at Premiere Orlando and America’s Beauty show Chicago. Sonja's also made educational videos for large chains on long hair design and is dedicated to inspiring and delivering universal education without the fluff.

Mikki Lilles

Mikki is a seasoned stylist with 20 years of experience in both editorial styling and coloring. With 10 years of educational experience, Mikki connects with hairstylists to help them grow and be inspired. Her ability to see beyond the texture-divide has made her a go-to resource. As a member of the Prorituals team, she continues to grow her passion and creativity while inspiring others to learn and grow.

Richie Munoz

Richie is of proud Dominican and Puerto Rican descent. In 2005, he was deployed as a United States Marine where he worked barbering fellow soldiers' hair. It was during this time that he discovered his true calling. Upon returning home, Richie worked in small barber shops building his skills. Years later, luck came upon him when he approached the owner of The Jagged Edge barbershop at the New Jersey Shore. In the next few months, in walked MTV with a little reality show called “The Jersey Shore”. It was then that Paula D, Ronnie, Vinny, and Mike the “Situation” became a part of his life. For 5 amazing years, Richie groomed the reality stars and the MTV crew. It changed his life and his career taking him to the next level! Now, 10 years later, he works independently but credits his mentors and loves sharing his barbering and grooming skills with those who want to learn.

Melanie Pruett

Melanie is a second generation hair stylist who grew up behind the chair of her grandmother's salon. She has a passion for giving clients confidence and enriching the lives of fellow stylists by excelling in continuing education. She's a proud salon owner, Prorituals educator, and color specialist. Her objectives include comprehension of skills and tools for hairdressers and styling and product knowledge for clientele. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life and with salon professionals. She is driven by her will to succeed and continues to learn, coach, and share her insight.

Amanda Wilson

Amanda has been intrigued by hair since she was a young girl. In 2003, she received her Cosmetology License and went on to become a booth renter and salon owner. She took advanced training in haircutting, extensions, diverse hair styling, and healthy hair maintenance with the goal of obtaining her Cosmetology and Barber Instructor’s License. In 2008, she received her Master Hair Care License from the Barber Board and is now also a licensed Barber. She strives to share her knowledge and positive energy with all around her to inspire them to grow.
